      • Hi Everyone Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday/Anzac Day this weekend I shall be at the Omaka Airshow in Blenheim. And I guess others will be off and away for the break. But otherwise the Clinic meets as usual on Sunday. I guess several packs will be heading toward the Ataturk Memorial.

      • OLD BOYS UNIVERSITY outflanked the Wests Roosters just enough times to quell a feisty comeback in an entertaining match at Nairnville. The students' try-scorers are often in the backs and it was their willingness to move the ball wide that proved the difference as they opened up a 22-3 lead.

      • Hi Everyone Daylight Saving - this SundayYou can sleep in for an extra hour. So we should see a goodly turnout at the Kilbirnie Main Meeting Room. Numbers have been a bit down lately, what with us being moved around from room to room. but we now have a clear run(??) for several months, and we always find that number increase dramatically as we get nearer our Wellington Marathon in June.

      • Hi All On Sunday, a dozen of us from Bill's walking group had  a very enjoyable walk through Central Park and up and down various  tracks in and around Aro valley. As it was so successful, Bill suggested it would be nice if Bruce and I could reinstate the two monthly away walks we were taking BK (before knee);
