    • We are approaching our Annual General Meeting at the end of the month and I cordially invite you to come along. In fact, it would be fantastic if you could. While we are looking for more volunteers, we will not be press ganging anyone onto the committee if they do not want to join. We will have some of our Council officials there to get their opinions on where they see Wellington is at and is heading, and we should have time to have an overview on a number of the topical issues in front of us at present.

    • We have just heard from the WCC that we collected 18.4 tonnes of waste from our suburb this year. Fantastic result and on a par with what was collected in 2007. Well done to all the helpers and collectors. See you all next year!
