Tuatara Day at Karori Wildlife Sanctuary
- Karori Sanctuary Trust
- Come face-to-face with our unique living fossils and talk to the experts who study them. Some people call the Sanctuary Jurassic Park, referring to our trademark 2-metre high predator-proof fence. But recently this nickname has become even more appropriate, because the Sanctuary is now home to a prehistoric animal whose close ancestors were around with the dinosaurs.

The Fountain Dead
- WellUrban
- The Arts Festival is a time to showcase the best of Wellington to scores of influential visitors. So why is one of our most iconic public artworks, The Bucket Fountain, currently looking sad, lifeless and encrusted with grime?

Report on Activity Day
- ZL6QH Quartz Hill User Group
- As forecast we were greeted by a cold southerly blast at the Quartz Hill Activity Day on Saturday 4 March. The wind was extremely strong and the gusts often made it difficult to stand upright. The odd hail shower also made working outside less than comfortable :-)
