A year in the making, NZ On Screen launched at the end of October and has over 300 titles available to view - many in full length, some with just excerpts. For each title there's

Intense, man!
- The Wellingtonista
- I've been blathering about it all over the place, but the Wellingtonista has thus far remained staunchly unblathered about IntensCITY week, which started yesterday. Downtown Wellington is full of exhibitions, posters, shipping containers, lunchtime talks and video installations, all celebrating and/or critiquing our urban spaces. The official site is on the WCC website, and brochures are available in cafes, libraries and council places, or as a big juicy PDF.

Cobblestone Rex
- Eye of the Fish
- A story in the Capital Times has been intriguing us here at Eye of the Fish world headquarters, and I’m surprised no one else has picked it up. The Cap Times (with a nicely renovated website - good work guys!) interviews a “local businessman” who is unhappy with the Council spending over a million bucks on ripping apart the old Cobblestone Park outside the big red building of Arch and Design.

Department of Linky Love: The Examiner
- The Wellingtonista
- It’s nice to see some solid local news reporting over at new Wellington website The Examiner. The Examiner says it aims to be “… a site where we look deeper and think harder about the city we live in and the issues that matter to us. It is also a forum for telling Wellingtonians’ stories, especially for people who would not otherwise have a voice.” Neat. Welcome, The Examiner.

Women's Wrap - 15 May 2017
- Upper Hutt Football
- Round 1 is done and dusted for the W League team, and we’ve gone through unbeaten, and very pleased to be 5 points clear from our closest rivals Wellington Utd & Palmy North Marist. The last two games of the round saw us face a strengthened Wairarapa at home. We knew this wouldn’t be the same team that allowed us to beat them 20-0 in the Kelly Cup, and we were right. Wairarapa came out to compete, and their shape, compactness and tireless efforts meant we were finding them hard to break down.

Be Bird Smart this spring with Wellington SPCA
- Wellington SPCA
- At this time of year we receive hundreds of calls from the public who are concerned about a baby bird they have found out of its nest. In most cases these birds are not injured and are not in need of any extra care. In fact they often have a much better chance of surviving to adulthood if they are left in their own habitat. Wellington SPCA has put together some key points about baby and young birds to help you decide what to do if you find a bird out of the nest.

2012 Premier League Matchday reports
- Stop Out Sports Club
- After an entertaining opening game at Hutt Park it was off to Miramar to take on Miramar Rangers. With the great surface of Davey F having some work done, the game was relocated to a pitch right at the other end of the scale, Miramar Park. Both teams were playing a fairly cautious game in the first 20 minutes as they looked to come to grips with the difficult surface and it became clear that the team who made least defensive mistakes would probably pick up the points today.
