No Records, But Heaps of Fun!
- Orienteering Hutt Valley
- Participation in 2007 didn't zoom up like the previous years, but after an extraordinary 2006 it was very similar to 2005. (In 2006 we ran the NZ Rogaine Champs and the NI Sec Sch Champs, whew!) There were 1925 starts, and if you count rogainers in 3hr units we get 2105. At least 75 volunteers made all this happen, thank you!

- Three groups split up. One went out on Protector, one went out on Pelorus and the other stayed in the base and did radio work between both vessels. The Protector crew took the boat out the channel and over the bar a couple of times to do some nighttime practice crossing the bar, holding station in the wind and navigating with the lights. The Pelorus crew operated inshore under the Paramata bridge and in the marina doing manouvering, etc.

- The first two clinical support departments have now made the shift into the new Wellington Regional Hospital building. Ribbon cutting of new radiology departmentRadiology (which includes X-Rays, MRIs and other diagnostic imaging) is up and running in the WRH, and saw its first patients there on 3 November. Sterile Services - who sterilise equipment used in operating theatres and other clinical settings - moved into the new building just a few days later.

WRC Masters have great success at Masters Nationals in Twizel
- Wellington Rowing Club
- WRC Masters came away with a large medal haul at Masters Nationals in Twizel. Final count was 4 Gold, 3 Silver and 6th Bronze. Everyone was delighted with their medals, with WRC finishing 6th out of 33 Clubs attending based on points. Our Masters have certainly stepped it up a notch!
