Porirua Hospital Museum
- The Porirua Hospital Museum and Resource Centre is housed in F-Ward, built in 1909 as part of the Porirua Hospital campus. It records the history of the development of mental health services in New Zealand from what can be considered their inception in 1844. The Thistle Inn
- The Thistle Inn was built in 1840. she is the oldest hotel in NZ still trading from the original site. In July 1866 she was burnt to the ground but by December the same year she was back operating. You will see the original beer cellar through the glass floor. She is a Category 1 historic place building and was completely restored in 2004 (as close as possible to how she was in 1866).

- Welcome to our school …. We’re the “Little School with the Big Heart!” San Antonio is a Roman Catholic Integrated Primary School for girls and boys from Year 1 to Year 8. The school is situated in the beautiful seaside village of Eastbourne, New Zealand. Eastbourne is located on the Wellington Harbour and has a population of 6000 people. The small size of the school fosters the development of a warm and close school community where families interact often and meaningfully. - Karori Amateur Swimming Club was formed in 1964. It became the Karori Pirates Swimming Club Incorporated on 2 May 2007. As of the 23rd of September 2016 we have become the Pirates Swim Team.

Valley Dragon Boating Club
- VDC is the largest Dragon Boat Club in the Wellington region and is open to new paddlers from all experience levels Established in 2009 we are an energetic group of dragon boaters. Our club is made up of people from all over and from all age groups, in 2021 we had 5 teams paddling.

Hutt Valley Mountain Bike Club
- Established in 1991, the club covers the greater Wellington area, with a preference for cross country riding. The club provides a range of organised riding options including Sunday rides and Jungle rides, but probably the most popular is the Wednesday night rides. These can have anywhere from 5 to 20 or more depending on the ride.

Wellington Cable Car
- The Wellington Cable Car is one of Wellington’s oldest & most popular tourist attractions. The cars run from Lambton Quay in the heart of the central business district and within 5 minutes whisk you from under the corporate towers of The Terrace past Kelburn Park and Victoria University to the top entrance of the Wellington Botanic Gardens with its magnificent lookout over the City and harbour.
