      • National Anthem for Anzac Day
        • 25 Apr 2020
        • Wellington Girls' College
        • Even though we may be locked down in our bubbles, and singing in to a microphone or mobile phone in a closed room is hardly the same as coming together in person, this recording project for Anzac Day allowed 3 choirs in our Thorndon neighbourhood – Teal Voices (WGC), Sacred Heart Cathedral Choir and St Paul’s Cathedral Choir – to come together virtually to take part in doing something not only for themselves, but also for the wider community.   Many thanks to everyone who took part, and to Michael Fletcher for the long hours he spent putting this together.  If you woud like to hear the choirs singing our National Anthem please click on the link below. https://www.facebook.com/373019062714275/posts/3422829541066530/
