Steeped in the golden warmth of the sixties and seventies, Just Janie’s music is a captivating and tender menagerie. With her debut studio album coming in May; ‘Mythology of the Girls’, Just Janie is entering a new era. Ali's music blends folk, alt-country and bluegrass into a warm, woody sound centered on intimate storytelling. His debut album 'Between the Forest and the Stars' distils Ali’s years into richly layered arrangements produced by Dave Khan and co-produced with Reb Fountain, featuring fiddle, harmonies and locomotive rhythms.
