        • By Lock Chin Keith Alexander and Alwyn Knox representing the Hutt took out the State of Origin trophy in windy conditions on ANZAC Day. Based on city of birth, the Hutt team won the one game play-off against Wellington, represented by Kris Haines, Lock Chin and Craig Hepetema.

        • In near perfect conditions today Adam Ryan won the club Shanghai Singles, being the only player to be unbeaten after four rounds. Three others were tied for second with three wins from four - Ian Hutchison, Steve Kerekes and Lock Chin.

Fiona holds the Wellington Women's Easter Cup, originally presented by Mrs T K Henderson; and Ross has a firm grip on the W F Hadwin Memorial Shield.
