      • Plush installation exhibition at Thistle hall by Antoinette Ratcliffe 16 November 2010 – 20 November 2010 Open 11 – 5.30pm Monday to Friday 11-4pm Saturday At last, someone was able to help the slashed up and dying bear, Morris. The bunnies Sugar and Sadie had been unsuccessful with their first aid kit in previous installations, but Duke the zombie Dachshound has transformed Morris into a zombie bear. They keep each other company, but Morris is still having trouble training Duke to be abit more civilized.

      • Welcome to WCC Watch. The idea is pretty simple. Basically, the coverage of the upcoming (Sept-Oct) Wellington City Council elections are going to be sporadic at best.     • The Thistle Inn
      • The Thistle Inn was built in 1840. she is the oldest hotel in NZ still trading from the original site. In July 1866 she was burnt to the ground but by December the same year she was back operating. You will see the original beer cellar through the glass floor. She is a Category 1 historic place building and was completely restored in 2004 (as close as possible to how she was in 1866).
