Mixed bag in Round 5
- Wellington Saints
- The Wellington Saints have wrapped up their Round 5 fixtures with a mixed bag of results, losing to the Canterbury Rams before bouncing back with a win over the Southland Sharks. The team's first game on Friday night saw them face a determined Canterbury side, who took control early and never looked back. Despite the Saints' best efforts, they were unable to claw back the deficit, eventually falling 102-88 to the Rams.
