CENTREPORT DELIVERS SOLID RESULTS AND GROWTH PLANS

- CentrePort achieved an underlying net profit after tax of $11.7 million for the year to 30 June 2013. This compared to $9.3 million the previous year. Port revenue was stable at $52.1 million, while property revenue of $5.1 million was down from $6.5 million last year. After $6.5 million of fair value adjustments to financial instruments and investment properties, net profit after tax increased to $18.2 million.
