        • NIWA Science Fair Results: Despite only having five entries to the Science Fair this year we have had some wonderful results, Sophie Hayes in Year 9 has won the Callaghan Innovation prize, First in Class 3 (Year 9), the Royal Society of NZ Wellington Branch Prize for the runner-up best overall exhibit, and the Victoria University of Wellington Faculty of Science Prize for her project on Charging Smart-Watches without having to take them off – amazing!! And Rayha Samin has won a Victoria University of Wellington Faculty of Education Prize for her project on habitable exoplanets – great stuff! If you see either of these students please congratulate them on their dedication and hard work through this year.

        • A huge congratulations to the Senior A Underwater Hockey team who took out the Wellington Regional title beating Wellington East in the final, 4-1. This tops a hugely successful season for the talented team, who went through unbeaten.

      • Tertiary Preparation Programme – Note Taking/Note Making

        • Session Two: Week 9, 16th Sept (Wed), PC 1C/D, at the start of Lunchtime Note Taking/Making  with Mr Stephen Beckett This session was many Yr 13s favourite part of the TPP programme last year. Anna Moore said last  week that she uses information from this session last year during her lectures this year. so come along if you are free.
