School Holiday Opening Hours
- Kapiti Women's Centre
- We will be closing on Thursday at 3pm for Easter and reopening on Tuesday April 11. We will be open our usual school holiday hours of 9am to 12pm. - Stokes Valley Volunteer Fire Brigade is the proud new owner of a vintage 1939 Ford V8 open cab fire appliance. This fire engine has been fully restored by Maurice Bognuda and his son, Aidan. Maurie had been approached by overseas parties interested in purchasing the appliance. However, after some subtle arm-bending, Maurie agreed to sell the appliance to the Stokes Valley brigade.

Wellington Tenths Trust
- The Wellington Tenths Trust is an Ahu Whenua trust constituted by the Māori Land Court Order of 16 December 2003, pursuant to Sec 244 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 which varied the original Trust Deed of 1977 and the subsequent variation of Deed made on 17 July 1996.
