Harbour sediment rates too high for healthy habitats

Planting empowers potential for Porirua waterway

Hard aground. Used main anchor to kedge bow around, rafted up and returned to mooring. Refastened. As short of crew took two harbour rangers out ot assist as owners rep. Wind increased from 30 knot NW to 45 knot NW.
