It was noted to be sitting low in the water and when inspected the water was found to be half way up the engine in one of the hulls. Yacht made contact with dock and damaged the steering gear, Yacht drifted into the basin and stranded across 2 piles in front of launches. TAR was out for training and was asked to assist. Yacht owner advised we were not operational but could help by using our tow line and placing crew ashore on the whaarf to pull the yacht away and to the wharf. Line was passed to the yacht and to crew on the wharf.
