Fluid during race
- Wellington Runners & Walkers (WRW)
- Rebecca Kendall: I have been training for, and am incredibly excited about the Harbour CIty Marathon in a couple of weeks but wanted some advise (as it will be my first one) on nutrition during race. Is it advisable to have extra gels or drinks available at the aid stations or is the energy drink provided sufficient?Would appreciate your help...

Once we were into the bush we were out of the wind, and although the track was wet there were less puddles and mud than I was expecting.
