- Brenda Burke, long time member of the Wellington Marathon Clinic and Scottish Harriers passed away last Wednesday, 23rd September. Our sincere condolences go out to Paul, Tristan and Ceallaigh.

- Daylight saving is this Sunday, so don't forget to "spring" your clocks and watches forward - otherwise you might be running/walking on your own! I also heard on the radio today that it is "Tulip Sunday" this Sunday in the Botanic Gardens, so you might want to go and check that out - it's usually a pretty spectacular show.

Wanted: Guide for Blind Runner

- Wanted: guide for blind runner. Runner who is willing to join Wgtn Marathon clinic, runs at about 5 to 5 1/2 a km, needs a guide as his usual guide has moved to Auckland. Used to running and used to a guide (person who assists by use of a short tie around the wrist).
