- Hi Everybody Aren’t we Smart! It’s been clinically proven!! Running and walking increases brain size. In a study at Cambridge University they had mice running and running and running and then rewarded them with a sweet. And they found their brain size increased compared with the control group.

Brooks Waterfront 5k Series, 16 February 2010

- The weather was again excellent tonight for the Brooks 5km Waterfront race, with light winds and warm conditions for the 81 competitors.

- Hi Everybody Pelorus Trust ‘Round the Bays’ this Sunday and many of our members will be participating. But we will still be meeting at the Kilbirnie Aquatic Centre as usual. Some will have entered with the intention of going on a run from the Clinic and then joining in Around the Bays for the run back.
