    • Well!  What looked like was going to be a possible disastrous bus run turned out GREAT!  The only real rain we got was getting off the but at the top of the Wainui hill.  Once we were into the bush we were out of the wind, and although the track was wet there were less puddles and mud than I was expecting.  We had a few light snow flurries along the ridge, which was magic, the odd hail which was n
