Island Bay Festival
- The Wellingtonista
- As mentioned earlier in the week, the Island Bay Festival kicks into gear this weekend. Tomorrow (Sat 11 Feb) we get some of the best stuff: a Street Parade (all welcome - kids in costumes are recommended), Bands in the Park, and a new event which shapes to be a particular favourite of ours: Pimp my Bike.

Wellington Sevens Fever!
- The Wellingtonista
- If you happen to see a group of large, fit, young lads wandering about the Wellington streets this week, chances are you've either stumbled across the cast of Downstage's latest play 'The Boys in the Band' , or, and more likely, one of the Rugby Sevens teams that are in town for this weekend's tournament.
