    • The NZ Transport Agency has confirmed that its flyover alongside the Basin Reserve will result in “visual and noise effects.” The coy words are from the Agency’s Wellington highways manager. But he’s concerned only with minimising these problems for the cricket ground. There’s no concern that the same problems will affect the wider community.
