- Operation Details Date/Time: Fri, 13/12/2019 - 20:00 - Sat, 14/12/2019 - 23:00 Operation Type: CG Operation (good samaritan) People Assisted: 5 Total Volunteer Hours: 162 A 6m runabout ran aground on a sand bank returning from a day of ski biscuiting and wake boarding in Paremata Harbour (Pautahanui Arm of Porirua Harbour) at approximately 2:45pm today. Due to the falling tide it had to remain there for the day and we returned the owner back to it at 9pm to retrieve it. We used MR2 to tow it off the sand once the water level was high enough and safely returned to the launching ramp between the bridges.
