- A new dog exercise area in Chelmsford Reserve, and an extended off-leash area in Trelissick Park in Ngaio Gorge came a step close recently. They are two of the recommended amendments to the Council’s Dog Policy. Council will consider these recommendations at its meeting on 11 November.
