- Is it time to dust off for a reread the Danish firm, Gehl Architects’ 2004 Report for Wellington’s City to Waterfront Study? The NZTA are often accused of sham public consultations and then doing whatever they want, and that may well be the case for what they are now calling The Tunnel to Tunnel Inner City Transport Improvements.

Please help the NZTA with understanding Petone to Ngauranga

- I can’t quite believe that they really need to ask, when the obvious solution is a separated waterfront cycle path and walkway on the east side of the railway line, but the NZTA is looking for feedback at this Survey Monkey address for what the Petone to Ngauranga cycle link should be.

- On the Gondola Project there is some talk of a proposed cable car in Perth linking a new waterfront redevelopment with Kings Park, one of Australia’s largest urban parks.
