- Hi Everyone It will be our very last meeting at the Kilbirnie Aquatic Centre this Sunday. I cannot recall how many years we have been meeting there - no doubt Tony C will know. We originally met in the gym at Rongatai College with co-founders Rob Sutton, Peter Shackleton and Alan Thompson.

- Hi Everyone Daylight Saving - this SundayYou can sleep in for an extra hour. So we should see a goodly turnout at the Kilbirnie Main Meeting Room. Numbers have been a bit down lately, what with us being moved around from room to room. but we now have a clear run(??) for several months, and we always find that number increase dramatically as we get nearer our Wellington Marathon in June.

- Hi EveryoneBack to Kilbirnie Meeting Room 3This coming Sunday we are back at the Aquatic Centre BUT in Meeting Room 3- through the main entrance and upstairs. I presume there is a swimming event on at the main pool, in which case the usual carpark will be full. Best to enter the back carpark from the Evans Bay Parade entrance.

Time Trials this Sunday, 7th June
