- Operation Details Date/Time: Sun, 06/02/2011 - 08:30 - 17:00 Operation Type: Other People Assisted: 0 Coastguard Mana joined forces with Porirua City Council's emergency management office, the local Red Cross response team and Greater Wellington Regional Council's Harbourmaster to display at the Festival of the Elements in Porirua on Waitangi Day. The purpose of this was to display to the public the emergency management capabilities of the Porirua region and to provide some awareness of who we are and what we do.
