The gruesome discovery of a dog and a 10kg weight washed up on rocks near Titahi Bay has led Wellington SPCA to make an urgent plea for information from the public.
William Kain Campbell of Titahi Bay has today plead guilty to 7 charges relating to the theft of Lincoln, the elderly Ridgeback X dog he stole and used as dog fighting bait.
