- Marsden's rowing team soared to victory at the North Island Secondary School Champs in Karāpiro last weekend! The dedication of our small but mighty squad has paid off in spades. Our eight exceptional rowers proudly clinched three medals, securing our spot as the second-best performing Wellington school in total medals.

Marsden's New Trailer

- Thanks to the incredible support of New Zealand Community Trust (NZCT) and Marsden Rowing, we're thrilled to unveil Marsden's brand new trailer, made possible through our successful fundraising efforts! This custom-built trailer will play a crucial role in helping us not only move things from A to B but to assist our Marsden Rowing squad. According to the team, “it's a dream to tow compared to our old one as it is much lighter and it has more functional space inside and on top". A BIG thank you to everyone who contributed to our fundraising campaign.

AON Junior Regatta

- Our rowing squad made waves at the AON Junior Regatta on Lake Karapiro last weekend! Out of our 19 rowers, we saw some outstanding results (full results below): 9 A finals 3 B finals 1 C final

Awesome regatta for Marsden Rowers
- Samuel Marsden Collegiate School
- Marsden rowing coaches were really happy with our crews' first big hit out at the AON Junior Regatta at Lake Karapiro over the weekend. Despite trying conditions on Saturday our rowers made six B and two A finals. What a change on Sunday with perfect rowing conditions for our two U15 4x to race. Marsden 1 (Imogen, Thea, Charlie, Katie & Isabella) came second in the A final, and Marsden 2 (Grace, Paige, Maddi, Devon & Kate) finished 7th in the B final.
