We would love for you to come and join us on Monday 16 November, 6pm at the PwC Centre on Wellingtons waterfront to talk about; the season that was, how the club is looking financially, who will represent the club on the committee next year and an open discussion about what next season will look like, what we need and how you can help out!Once the formalities are done we will head across the road to The Duke of Wellington for some drinks.
BUSINESS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The business of the Annual Genera! Meeting shall be:-
To receive the Annual Report and Balance Sheet for the previous financial year of the Club.
To elect Officers.
To elect an Executive.
To appoint an Auditor.
To appoint Trustees
To consider and deal with any business of which notice of motion has been lodged by any member with the Secretary
To consider any by-laws made by the Executive during the season for ratification
To make any recommendations for the administration of the Club.
To transact any general business which may arise.
