    • Part of Capital Football's strategy is to allow some divisions within the Men's and Women's Competition structure to have mid-season promotion / relegation.The plan is for teams in those divisions to settle into the league that best suits thier standard of football.Well the Men's Werewolves side and the Women's 3rd team have both been promoted.
