A great time was had by all, chowing down on All Good Banana smoothies, drinking unlimited KTea and Celcius Coffee. Guests received fantastic Fairtrade giveaways and goodies from Commonsense Organics, Kowtow Clothing, Ideal Cups, Trade Aid and Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. Entertainment and information was provided by our MC Stephanie Fry, Mayor Celia Wade-Brown, MP Grant Robertson, Steve Knapp (CEO of Fairtrade Australia & New Zealand), and a visiting All Good Gorilla. Hula Hope‘s beautiful songs finished off what was a great way to kick-start your day. It was a perfect way to celebrate Wellington’s Fair Trade City status, Fair Trade Fortnight, and show the huge support of Wellington businesses for Fairtrade. Cheers to Martin Wilson at Capital Productions for our sound needs, our photographer Corinna Howland and Positively Wellington Venues. Many thanks to our fabulous volunteers Ayumi, Corinna, Josephine, Daniela and Priya.
