    • Wednesday 23 May 2012: WELTEC Tutoring Chefs, Jim Collins and Toby Sanderson, were in Food and Nutrition classes today demonstrating a variety of sauces and mayonnaises and showing the students how to prepare Terakihi en Papillote (fish cooked in paper with vegetables and seasonings).
