    • All time record low flows in the Hutt River for this time of the year mean the toxic algae threat in Hutt Valley waterways continues. The Hutt River at Taita Gorge has not even maintained a flow level of five cubic metres for most of the past week and the river level is falling. This time last year, the flow was more like 20 cumecs.
