- Housing tenants at the Arlington Apartments and Newtown Park Flats are able to attend free computer courses at the computer hubs. Stepping UP is a joint initiative of the Wellington ICT, the Wellington City Council, 2020 Communications Trust and Microsoft to upskill those in need.
