One hundred and seventy-six entries have been received for the BLUE Sky the Outer-T competition which closed at the end of August. The competition called for creative ideas for the best use for the Outer-T of Queens Wharf and was open to everyone.
We are very pleased with the number of entries we received, and the fact that they came from such a wide-cross section of the Wellington community.
Willis Bond and Co has been granted a resource consent to redevelop of the Overseas Passenger Terminal. It plans to spend over $100 million on a makeover that will revitalise the area, providing a range of new indoor and outdoor areas, including apartments, shops and cafes on the waterfront.
