Planning for the Newtown Art Project is ticking along nicely.
We now have a full schedule of artist workshops which will be advertised and open for people to sign up from sometime in early February. All workshops will be just a gold coin donation to participate.
There have been several sightings of Robins around Mākara Peak recently which is exciting! These birds are very susceptible to predation and are usually only found on islands and in predator free areas.
As a rule, Katie doesn’t spend too much time on the phone at work. The 25-year-old is more likely to be out and about offering gardening advice, ensuring outdoor public events run smoothly, and chatting to community conservation volunteers.
