    • The Mt Victoria Residents Association today announced that it had commenced proceedings in the High Court seeking a judicial review of the resource consent issued to the brothel at 103 Pirie Street by the Wellington City Council.Kent Duston, President of the Residents Association, said that “It’s our view that the Council did not take account of s15 of the Prostitution Law Reform Act 2003 when granting this resource consent.
