    • Tash Hind (20, Capital) brought the third day of the 2010 SW Long Course Championships to a spectacular conclusion by taking nearly a half second off Rebecca Perrott’s 32 year-old record in the Womens’ 200m Individual Medley recording a time of 2 mins 18.
