    • The events of Monday last week on the Wellington rail network prompted many of you to send us a message. You told us in no uncertain terms you were frustrated - both with the network and the way we are running it. This letter is a reply - to all those who wrote to us and to those who just wished they had. A letter won't make the trains run on time but it is a way of letting you know that we are listening and doing something.
