Plimmer Bequest Decline
- Kilbirnie, Lyall Bay, Rongotai Progressive (Residents) Association
- The WCC Strategy and Policy Committee recently considered the projects to be funded from the Plimmer Bequest. Unfortunately our Assocations suggestions for the beautification of Lyall Bay and provision of park seats and benches has been declined.
