Condolences to the Billing family
- Wellington Rugby Referees Association
- Former Wellington RRA Secretary, Rob Billing, passed away last Thursday (14th June). Rob was an active referee and was the Association Secretary from 1989 to 1991. Rob’s funeral was held in Featherston on Tuesday.
