- CapitalNZ
- The Wellington City Council deadline for earthquake-prone remediation of the Tea Store at 20 Egmont Street in Wellington city passed on 31 January with the occupiers still in residence. WCC, however, announced an intention to appoint an independent engineer to assess and report on the risks and likely impact of the current critical weaknesses should there be a seismic event.
