Quartz hill is off the air
- ZL6QH Quartz Hill User Group
- The Quartz Hill site is now closed for major amateur radio activity while a wind generation farm is under construction there. The activities log and the provision to make bookings have therefore been suspended. We are hopeful that we will be able to return to the site and re-establish the station once the wind farm is in operation.

Into the 'Switchback Zone'
- The Lazy Fern Track Blog
- On a windy, grey old day a small but effective team finished off about 200 metres of track, so we are now well into the 'Switchback Zone'. Many thanks to Murray, Alex, Zac, Don, Ben and his kids, Rob, Steven, Ian, Grant and Alex, Malcolm, Craig, Jonathan, and the person whose name we have missed out.
