The objectives are basically the same as those of the Festivals, to provide exposure for some of the exceptional films and filmmakers who aren’t assured a release in New Zealand’s small, but crowded market. Many of these films will never get to cinemas in New Zealand, and we can assure you they’re definitely worth catching on the big screen.
