A group of artists spends their summer stranded on a remote, lake-side estate where love, intrigue and creative egos run amok. Away from the hubbub of big city life, the isolation and boredom of their rural getaway quickly becomes claustrophobic, with romantic and creative tensions bubbling to the surface. With nowhere else to turn, they turn on each other (and the poor staff who are definitely not paid enough to deal with their shit).

Marble & Mud is a creative manifestation of my identify examined under the lens of my Greek whakapapa. Years of exploring my relationship with my heritage and upbringing have brought rise to the same core themes with an undeniable flow, be it in icons, colours, symbols or sound. This exhibition will be a collage of visual art, showing mixed media, textiles, writing, projection and performance art.
