Porcupine fish on Petone foreshore

- I had a call yesterday from Wellington's Dominion Post newspaper needing an expert to identify some fish found washed up on the Petone foreshore. Andrew Stewart, Te Papa's fishes collection manager, identified them as porcupine fish.

September opening date announced for second Petone Park n' Ride

The Dowse interchange warmly received in Western Hills

- Western Hills community groups say they are happy with the Dowse interchange project and are looking forward to the project's completion. The SH2 Dowse to Petone Upgrade project has been completed ahead of schedule after another stage of the Korokoro intersection's construction was reached.
