- God I used to love Cabaret. It was an impressive cocktail bar-slash-music venue that really complimented its neighbouring establishments of Chow and Motel. 2009 brings something different, with the library stepping into Cabaret’s luxurious bar space. My first thought when hearing about the new venue was “what’s with the name?” but in the face of such handsomely titled places as “El Horno” and “Sports Cafe” I was willing to give The Library a pass on this one.
