Construction on Library Lifts

- We are pleased to report that the first stage of our lift replacement is almost complete and the Southern lifts will be operational from Monday 19th of August.

2 Books, 2 Scholars - A JC Beaglehole Event

- Come along to an interdisciplinary seminar from two VUW scholars on Wednesday 21st of August. Nick Hoare (Masters Student, History) will speak about Labour Party member (1918-1933) H.E Holland’s devotion to issues of justice in Samoa, and the pamphlets (all held by the JC Beaglehole Room) he used to educate the public about his opposition to New Zealand’s Samoan policy.
