- We recently told you about a new initiative we’ve launched to help tackle the problems of stray cats in some of Wellington’s suburbs. The ‘Trap-Neuter-Return’ (TNR) programme, which is backed by Wellington City Council, is focusing on some areas of the city where significant stray cat populations have been identified.
